She is Xicana, Latina, and she is deeply proud of her Indigenous ancestry (Cora & Mexica). She is a licensed psychologist in PA & NY, and holds authority to practice in all PSYPACT states. She is also a board certified art therapist as well as a practicing artist, primarily focusing on oil painting, printmaking, and mixed media. She grew up in South Philadelphia in a low income/working class, multicultural family. Her mother, an immigrant from México, and her Italian American father instilled social justice values in her from a very young age. From childhood, she was involved in community work with her family, including aiding at a soup kitchen organized by her father for many years. Individual Therapy: $220 per therapeutic hour (50 minutes) Couples / Relationship Therapy (2 people): $250 per 50 minute session There is an additional one-time assessment fee for the relationship assessment process ($39). Family Therapy (2-4 people): $250-265 per 50 minute session (family therapy offered to adults and children ages 16 and up) Late cancellation / no show policy: Because I reserve time and space for you in my practice and schedule, I hold a standard 24 hour late cancellation / no show policy.
